The term 'as new' means that the product, although used, is in a condition very similar to that of a new product. Are there any problems with the customer service (A/S)? As far as I know, there is a 2-year guarantee. Is that correct?

Nothing speaks against it, the 2 years should apply.
I haven't had any problems with the 14T yet, and Digitec has always been quick and uncomplicated with other devices when something went wrong.
