Question about OnePlus 6
The screen of my phone stays black when I get a call or a text message. I can't see who is calling me, nor can I look around to answer the call, because when I press the power button, the caller is pushed away. I think I've already gone through all the settings and yet maybe I'm missing something? Can anyone help me with this?
Which provider are you with? We had the problem with Salt that there was a fault with 4G from time to time. Then the 4G symbol changed to 4G! Receiving and making calls was then no longer possible until you switched mobile data off and on. Do you also have this problem? It mainly occurred when connecting to the home network. I contacted OnePlus, but the problem disappeared by itself. I think it was due to the APN settings not being correct somehow.
I would take it to Digitec as a warranty case.
