The remote control supplied does not respond properly in the Netflix app, which makes navigation virtually impossible. Does anyone know what the problem is?
(Yes, I know. At the beginning, it actually worked quite well for me with the remote control in the Netflix app. However, it often happens that the button presses sometimes (avoidably?) show no reaction, then again they do. The following seems to be operable only with the mouse: switching profiles, operating the settings menu, changing languages. Can only be operated awkwardly/indirectly: Reaching the search function, pause/start. So it is best to search/set/prepare everything in the corresponding profile on the PC and then only select to start on the projector).
