The memory does not seem to be expandable with a micro SD card, right? Not sure if I should buy this device, Sony XPERIA 5 or the new Lumia 950.

The Nexus - like most of its predecessors - has no SD card slot. Google does this specifically to promote its own online storage. The XPeria would be perfect with wireless charging - but they've skipped that (again) - which is actually a very useful feature for a waterproof phone. The Lumia is certainly a very good device - except that it has Windows as its OS - which is very good, but simply not widespread enough and thus the app selection is rather limited.
