The lighting on my Lego Modulars has USB ports, a USB hub. Could I connect it to this part?

The powerbank is made to charge mobile devices like smartphones and tablets on the go. That is, if the Lego modular contains a rechargeable battery for the power supply, it can probably be charged with the powerbank. The powerbank has two USB outputs for this purpose. I cannot say whether the powerbank can also be used like a mains adapter.
