The keyboard often hangs. Sometimes it only writes after two seconds. I've put in new batteries. It's annoying, does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

The equipment works fine for me (win10). Like Guemue above: Change the USB port and/or try it on another PC (if available).

Is it really the keyboard? Is something else occupying the USB port? I have no problems with my keyboard and Win10. Maybe change the receiver or try another port.
