So now I have my Sunrise Up 10GB Fibre running with the Connect Box 3, which means that technically everything is OK. Unfortunately, the Zycel P7300 does not work despite certification with Swisscom (the cable connection is Swisscom Sunrise is just my provider). According to the LED, everything is OK, but the Internet is zero. Regardless of whether I set VLAN 10 on the Zyxel or on my UDMPro behind it, I get an IP but the modem says no Internet and nothing arrives at the UDMPro either. Neither in the Swisscom nor in the Sunrise forum has anyone put this modem into operation.

Helpful answer

Hello Drehzahl
I am also interested in this product in connection with Sunrise.
According to Swisscom you have to configure the DHCP option 60 with the value 100008,0001 on the UDM Pro. In addition to the VLAN 10
Let's hear from you ;o)

I have exactly the same problem. Just put into operation as a bridge - LEDS all green, but no connection. Can anyone help me?

Important tip from my own experience
This has helped me several times (XPON with Swisscom)

1) Important: first put the SwisscomBox4 into operation
Complete the entire registration process until the Internet connection is established

2) Remove SwisscomBox4 and connect your bridge or router
Clone the MAC address of your third-party router from the SwisscomBox4
in the normal case you should only get a private Swisscom IP 100.x.x.x
if this is the case, run through the registration again (possibly manually via https://www.swisscom.ch/registrati...)
during the process you may receive a message about a new/different end device

I myself have the Zyxel AX7501-B0 in bridge mode at home
there VLAN10 is set directly on the Zxyel on the router behind it is no longer necessary
