Since the comments here show that some customers have already received their goods on time, I wonder how long those who went empty-handed will have to wait for their (already paid for) goods. I also wonder if it would not be more decent to inform the customers that the demand for the product was underestimated. I don't really like the idea of simply adding a note to the order that DJI supposedly didn't deliver on time. I find that very disappointing.

No, I don't think anyone has received the drone yet. All the more disappointing from Digitec that they give wrong dates and can't deliver the goods to anyone as promised. I would prefer a longer delivery time to be given at the beginning and at best it arrives before that date instead of the other way around. This is already the third product from Digitec where exactly this scenario has occurred. Afterwards, the blame is always put on the supplier (Digitec certainly knew from the beginning that the supplier could not deliver the drone so quickly). Really very disappointing :/

What about the warranty when ordering directly from DJI? And more importantly, how is the handling of a warranty claim? Up until now, that has always kept me away from direct imports. With such devices, it's much easier if you can handle the whole thing via the Swiss importer.
