Question about ASUS USB 3.0 HZ-3 Docking

This docking station is an unfortunate and possibly immature thing: My ASUS Zenbook keeps hanging up when the DoS is attached. Interestingly, also when I search tables in Excel or an EMail just comes in when I do anything (trivial). When I don't attach the DoS, the Zenbook runs without any problems. I can't find and update the driver either. Bad investment. Don't have the time or the nerve to mess with it, unfortunately.

This also happens to me once a day, but I have no idea why. I have to shut down the laptop and restart it, then it works again. Maybe someone else knows......
