Really already 699.-- ? It's disappointing how they treat their customers and how they exploit their monopoly. According to the motto, more orders, so let's raise the price and add a NEW symbol. "630.- incl. import. 8GB/128GB" and that from DE where they import even cheaper from other countries. In Switzerland you can do it.
Now let's stop with the Digitec bashing! No one is forced to shop at Digitec. Why don't you "organise" your OnePlus another way? I'm curious about your lower cost price when you factor in all your efforts, exchange rate, customs costs etc.
For everyone's information! There is a free market! Digitec is not (it doesn't have to be) a welfare organisation but a top address when it comes to electronics at fair prices!
You should first find out more about this yourself. As you can read here, the price of 630 is real and not a theoretical calculation.
You should also know that dealers like Digitec buy at dealer prices and can reclaim VAT. This results in a much lower cost price.
So there is certainly no question of fair prices here, even if Digitec is often on a good price level for products that are available everywhere in Switzerland, these are examples where the monopoly position of an article is mercilessly exploited.
It will be very interesting if Amazon delivers the mobile phones to Switzerland, as the VAT difference will be deducted and the import will no longer cost twice as much.
