My Xgimi Mogo Pro+ is no longer starting or charging. Support told me to press the power button for 10 seconds. Is it possible to perform a reset? If so, how, I can hardly find any information and the operating instructions are useless.

The light is red and when I switch on the device it flashes yellow, but there is no picture. However, the ventilation is running and when I connect the device to the TV via HDMI, it says that the device is not switched on, although it is flashing. However, when it is switched on and no picture appears, something happens in the lens. The manufacturer says it's a hardware fault, of course it's only since the warranty has expired and the repair would be 155 euros.
