Question about Garmin fenix 6X Pro Solar

My watch fibrillates for notifications from Whatsapp, email.... according to my mood. Sometimes it fibrillates, sometimes it doesn't. I can't figure out a pattern. Can anyone give me a tip to fix this problem?

Check the manual under "DND" - this is the Do-Not-Disturb mode that suppresses notifications. It can be activated automatically during the set sleep time, for example, which can be changed in the system settings.
