My two connected monitors suddenly stop responding and the LAN connection is also no longer recognised. However, the connected keyboard (USB) works, and the laptop also charges. Does anyone have a tip? I have already switched it on and off, and even disconnected it from the power supply...
I was able to clear up the same problems with a software update of the DisplayLink software.... you can get it here: https://www.synaptics.com/products...
Don't use the software from Targus, it didn't work for me either, because it's not up to date with the latest OS version.
I would restart and/or update the DisplayLink Manager software. I have 2 of these docking stations and they work perfectly without failure.
After switching it on and off several times, it now works again. Rather an unreliable docking station, I would not buy it again...
