Question about 4smarts VoltHub
My Microsoft Surface Pro Book 3 will not charge together with the LogiLink USB-C to Microsoft Surface from Digitec. I actually thought the powerbank should be suitable for this. Is the cable defective or the powerbank unsuitable?
Hello, I had the exact same problem with my new iPad Air. USB-A worked fine but I could not charge at the USB-C, the charging process was interrupted after a few seconds. Replacing it with a new powerbank didn't help either, same problem. I then exchanged the device for the Xtorm XB304 and since then I have had no more problems and am very satisfied with the device.
Does the powerbank show an output and can you charge another product with the same cable and powerbank?
