My hub is no longer recognised by the PC. I have also tried other USB connections. Does anyone have a solution?

Try the exclusion method:
1. Attach another USB device such as a stick, hard drive, mobile phone, etc. to the same PC and see if these devices are recognised and if a data transfer or charging process works.
2. Plug the hub into another PC or laptop and see if it works there.
3. replace the USB cable and the power cable with another one, if available.
