Question about XP-Pen Artist Pro 16 Gen 2
My Artist Pro 16 shows no picture on the new PC. Only "no signal" is output. But it works on my old laptop. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Are you using the HDMI 3 in 1 cables (https://www.storexppen.fr/buy...) and (XP-Pen USB 3-1 Cable HDMI - USB A/USB C 1.8 m (1.80 m).) Note that the one sold by Digitec is not compatible with the 2nd Gen version.
That solved my problem. Otherwise, check that your screen is projected onto the tablet in the windows options.
I'll have a look tomorrow to remember the connections as it's been a few months since I last used it.
