Question about Dell Xps 15

I tried with an Aukey charger. The XPS recognises an external charging source but displays an error message saying that it needs more than 40wh to charge (46 wh I think). The message is ambiguous because it suggests that a more powerful charger could do it, but everything I've read says it can't. Maybe with Dell's Thunderbolt 3 docking station, but you'd have to check.
