I've just bought this new Digitec adapter with 3 USB + HDMI ports that doesn't charge my iPhone15Pro when plugged into a USB-C cable, even though it's powered with 5V 1.5A. My Satechi adapter, on the other hand, charges the iPhone under the same connection conditions, in addition to providing the HDMI output. Strange.... 1.5A isn't much of a power supply, but on the Satechi it's enough to charge the iPhone via the adapter. Maybe there's a problem?

The adapter itself requires 8 watts. Your power supply only delivers 7.5 watts. It is therefore more suitable for laptops.

In terms of design, it's a shame that this Digitec adapter consumes 8W to operate, which is only 0.5W more than standard 7.5W adapters provide.... it should have been designed to operate at 7.5W for greater compatibility. Like the Satechi or Anker 555 USB-C adapters.
