It should read instead of 589.-. The CPU was at 589.- for more than two weeks, even until shortly before the promotion. The price of 629.- was last quoted a few weeks ago. According to SECO, you would have to have the high "629.-" price in the shop for at least *days to legally state it as "instead of price" in the promotion. *days according to the Pricing Ordinance:
"The supplier must have actually handled the comparison price himself immediately beforehand, twice longer than the price comparison takes".

I bought it on 04.02.18 (Monday!) for 589.00 at digitec, without a promotion. It's a bit cheeky to set the "instead price" to 629.00 now, I think.
