Question about Logitech MX Keys for Mac
It says "Operating system compatibility: iOS". Does that mean the keyboard only works with the iPhone?
Also works with Windows. Don't worry about compatibility.
I can also switch between iPhone, iPad and Mac at the touch of a button. Likewise, a Windows system can be integrated. Just hold 3 assigned devices for the quick switch.
The keyboard works great in this regard.
The only thing you should consider when choosing is your preferred key labelling. But even there you can still programme the key assignment - depending on the system.

Works with MacOS, e.g. on my Mac Mini. But it also works with iOS if you switch between the devices.
