Ciao... Yes it is. I also bought my Ledger at Digitec and am not affected by the hack. Unlike some friends who bought directly from Ledger.
The hardware wallet was and is not Ledger's problem. The ecommerce shop used by Ledger had weak points, which led to the hack.

I swear by Ledger and have been with the crypto stuff for a few years!
