Is this S7 out of SIM Locked like almost every S7? I brought one back in Mobilezone, is blocked for EU SIM's, with outside Europe does not work.

You mean Region Locked, I assume. SIM Lock is from the telecom providers themselves so that you don't buy the smartphone and then use it with another provider. There is also a region lock here. This means the smartphone has to be activated with a European SIM before you can use it with a SIM that is not from Europe (5min phone call for example). This is to prevent imports to countries to which the smartphone is not intended.
