Mac notebooks work with a Mac operating system - all reasonable others with Windows 7 or 10 and the rest with a share you can forget about. So the product is NOT Mac compatible. If you want a Mac, you have to buy a Mac :-). First find out what you need the device for and then decide (e.g. depending on whether your school/workplace works almost all with Mac or almost all with PC/notebook with Windows. Only buy afterwards).
