Question about Meta Quest 2

For gaming on the pc, I would use a different pair of glasses. I don't think these are meant to be connected to the PC. Blade and sorcery is also available on Meta Quest 2. However, with glasses that can be connected to your PC, you have a wider choice of games.

does it also work with Steam?

The Quest 2 is even very good for PC gaming! You can play with the 5m USB cable on the PC like with other glasses or you can play wirelessly with the normal wireless! (Provided you have a good connection, preferably in the same room as the wireless). The graphics of the games are MUCH better on the PC (which for me is very important for the immersion) and you also have a larger selection of games and VR mods of older games.

Since the Quest 2 also offers many games natively, it is also great to take to a friend's house.

I would never go back to wired VR, wireless is a whole other league! Immersion +100 when you can turn and move freely without having to worry about the cable.
