Is there also the reverse? I have a tripod with 3/8 inch and would like to mount a tripod head with 1/4 hole.

If you have a tripod with 3/8 inch M and want to adapt it to 1/4 M, SmallRig Thread Adapter f3/8" to m1/4" will help.
