Is there a way to use MFT / M43 lenses of the gh5 with this camera? Possibly with an adapter?

I think not. The mount is completely different and the MFT lenses of the GH5 would not cover the sensor of the S5. Also, the flange focal length of the L-mount is only minimally shorter than that of MFT, which makes it technically practically impossible to develop an adapter.
