Is there a possibility to get spare parts for the tripod (maybe even via digitec)? It would be really questionable if it would be cheaper to buy a complete new tripod than individual parts - unfortunately I haven't found anything yet... Already in the first 2 weeks of use, the ball head came loose and both screw and head were lost.

I use the tripod as a travel tripod and have had no problems so far. However, I have replaced the ball head with another one (Giottos) without any problems. The tripod has the advantage for me: with the centre column mounted upside down and the camera hanging, I can shoot plants at 0 distance from the ground. Tripod heads and screws are available for purchase. I don't know if they are available at Digitec.
