Question about Datacolor Spyder X PRO
Is the Spyder X PRO really compatible with the MacBook Pro 2021 (new display technology)? A colleague's screen went extremely dark and he had to reset it to factory settings. What went wrong there?
In the meantime, this is possible.

In the meantime, the following message came from the manufacturer: " that the 14" & 16" MacBook Pro 2021 with Liquid Retina XDR display can only be calibrated with a suitable spectroradiometer (start at approx. 12,000 €). Apple has prohibited all "normal" types of calibration for this display type. This means that solutions from other manufacturers will not work on the internal display of your MacBook Pro! Apple made a corresponding publication a few weeks after delivery."
