Is the screen height adjustable and can the monitor be rotated and tilted?

According to the manufacturer's website, the monitor can only be tilted by -5/20 degrees (see https://www.philips.ch/c-p...). You can also see from the pictures that it is very unlikely that you can adjust the height of the monitor.
