Question about ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 Duo OLED
Is the price even correctly listed for this particular model? The starting model should be 1499.-, while this is almost as expensive as two laptops...

The 1499 base price is in America, which is a price without VAT. in Switzerland you add 8.1% add its now 1620$.
Also the 1499 is the base price for the lowest configuration : Full HD screens (vs 3K) , Core Ultra 5 125H (vs Core 9 Ultra 185H), 16GB ram (vs 32) and 500Gb SSD (vs 1Tb)
In fact, the price is enormous compared with the competition, which offers this machine with the same configurations, i.e. ultra 9 and 2880 x 1800 , for less than CHF 2,000.
The prices on the US website got updated and the Ultra 9 version is almost 1000.- cheaper. Is there any elaboration on this as the delta is immense?
