Is the mop simply attached with Velcro? The WM plate cannot be removed, isn't that annoying?

If you have carpets, I would definitely NEVER send it out with the mop plate but without a mop on it. I did that once, only the Velcro area of the mop plate is full of carpet fibres.

be stupid and don't think about it the robot does it for you it can lift the mob when it doesn't need to and also on carpets so even if you have small carpets on the floor it lifts the mob and yes the mop is attached with velcro
