Is the mic good? I'm currently using the Razer Kraken and the mic there is very bad and quiet so I want to ask if this one is better?

I also use it for business with Skype for Business - and my colleagues understand me very well.

The mic is quite OK. With the Kraken you have the advantage that the mic can be easily retracted. With the Alpha, you can only bend the mic around - but it is fixed. You can remove it, but it's a bit difficult without a mod.

If you had the USB version of the Kraken and were satisfied, I would recommend "HyperX Cloud II".
