Is the housing soundproofed?
By definition, yes. In reality, it depends on the requirements and the components installed. Sound insulation is included on the side panels and in the top cover. You can get a PC suitable for a living room if you do without "loud" hard drives, such as those used in the Seagate Expansion, and use CPU water cooling (in the front). For sound insulation, there are probably better cases, but as far as flexibility and build quality are concerned, the part is unbeatable. It has rarely been so much fun to integrate the components.
