Is the chip actually z490? As far as I know, it does not support the RAM frequency of 3200 (max. 2933). Thanks in advance for the answer.

Yes, it is Z490. And the 3200 are also correct and not even that special high. You can OC RAM relatively easily with XMP, for example.
