Is the cheaper version (129.00) compared to the more expensive one (249.00) an import version from the EU with customised firmware, while the more expensive version corresponds to the original from Zyxel (with original firmware)?

- WLAN standard, with cheap only Wifi 6, with the more expensive all, 5GHz rates specified with the cheaper one, none with the expensive one
The price of 129.00 CHF would roughly correspond to the prices charged in Germany, while 249.00 is close to the manufacturer's price

Thank you very much for your comments. I have requested a correction to the specifications. It is the same model, so the specifications should be the same. 
According to our suppliers, this is the EU version from Telekom:
