is it now gsync or freesync because i have to see what kind of graphics card i will get either rx5700 xt or rtx 2070 s

Both :) You can use both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards. Nivida also supports FreeSync. Google for G-Sync Compatible for more info. I'm currently using a 3060Ti and it works perfectly because the screen is officially "G-Sync Compatible".
