Question about Devolo Magic 2 WiFi Multiroom Kit 2-1-3
In the three-storey house, we have connected the Devolo dLAN 1200+ to the modem on the top floor. For the TV with UPC box (one floor below), a Devolo dLAN 1200+WiFi ac is working at the socket. The UPC box is connected to the LAN port of the device and not to WiFi. On the lowest floor there is also a Devolo dLAN 1200+WiFi ac for WiFi of a laptop. We often have network outages. However, the outages are definitely not coming (has been checked and measured) from the modem. Do you think the Devolo Magic 2 WiFi trio (2400Mbit/s) would help? If there was no improvement, could we possibly return the devices to Digitec? Would there be any additional costs for us? Thank you in advance.

I had similar problems with my previous dLan 1200+ on three floors. Switching to Magic 2 brought clear improvement as the line is more stable and the data throughput is higher. But these findings depend very stakr on how the lines are laid in the house and how many detours the power has to take from socket to socket, so to speak.
