Immediately after the setup, the volume was completely ok. But since then the sound has been far too quiet. I always have to turn the volume up to full. When I watch TV without the device, it is still normal. Can anyone help? The TV is a Philipps model, more like 5 years old.

Go to settings in the strong device layer, and there scroll down till you find remote and accessories click on it. From there scroll down and click on set up remote buttons and c’ick on it. From there scroll down to volume control click on it and chose google tv. Now u remote can increase the volume of the google tv which is the one making the sound low. I had the same issue when i installed it.

If you watch TV without the device then I assume that you mean the leao 3 and then it should only play a role in the TV and not the leap or do you mean something else?
