If I've ever had problems with it, it's because of the version of the microcode. Download Samsung Wizard and update the microcode. I was getting weird errors like bluescreens and lags / and instabilities without really understanding how or why. After spending 3 hours debugging with WINDBG, I realised that it was coming from the controller driver.

This happens maybe 1 time in 300 or 400 SSD's from Samsung !!!!!
I had this happen once with an older Samsung model (SATA) after about 200 products I had installed! With other brands there were more problems, so I am very loyal to Samsung regarding SSD's!
