If I were to buy an AMD graphics card, could I use Gsync, Freesync, AdaptiveSync or whatever they are all called?

No.

G-Sync is an Nvidia technology and cannot be used by AMD graphics cards. This monitor only supports G-Sync as far as I know.

I don't know whether the monitor supports FreeSync in addition to G-Sync. However, if you don't want to use G-Sync anyway, you can also buy a monitor without this technology; these are often about CHF 100 cheaper.
