If I install this card in my PC to stream CSGO, will this take the load off my system? I would then use the HDMI -> capture card -> monitor.

Only if the stream/recording pc is a different one. Since. You have to run a program to be able to record the hdmi signal it would be better to just run a recording program like obs.

Yes, I do this too, but when I turn up the bitrate, I start lagging, so I wanted to ask if it relieves my system. Thanks for the information.
