If I close my Mac Book Pro and work on this screen, can I hear the sound?

Yes, from the MacBook Pro next to it. As with so many monitors (except Apple's), there is no webcam and no speakers. You can connect the MBP via USB-C and it can also be charged. To save the battery, I recommend the inexpensive and very good AlDente app.
