If a product has a 36-month warranty when purchased from the manufacturer, is returned shortly after purchase and is offered by you as "as new and tested", why is the warranty period reduced from 36 months to 12 months?
I see, it says as new, but the device is no longer considered as new? That makes sense, of course.
