I would like to operate the monitor with a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon (Gen. 8) via USB-C. Does anyone have experience with the stability/reliability of this set-up? I want to connect the mouse and keyboard to the monitor and use it as a kind of docking station. And is the power supply via USB (60W) sufficient for a ThinkPad? It comes with a 65W power supply.

Very satisfied so far, I also use it as a docking station in combination with Macbook Pro, wireless keyboard and wireless mouse. Works perfectly.

Connect everything with the LMP USB-C Alu Mini Dock (1.50 cm), a second screen directly to the laptop, mouse and keyboard also to the docking station.

Works flawlessly, even with Ubuntu 20.04
