I would just be cautious about buying this laptop - yes it looks good and the oled screen is amazing - but due to the slim chassis the gpu are not only significantly lower tdp (meaning they can draw less power so expect 20% less performance than a full tdp version in another laptop) but also get very hot and might have to down throttle (slow down) even further...so basically you are paying the full price for a 4090 or 4080 but are only getting maybe 70-80% of that performance (Which is already only about 60% performance of a desktop version)... and even if you are fine with that the price-performance balance is just not great...I would probably wait for the rtx 5000 models and see what marvelous improvements come out next year or get a real gaming laptop from asus (strix for example)

I will never understand why people keep advising against such products, even though they are clearly aimed at a small target group who are looking for exactly that. Anyone considering buying such an expensive laptop will be aware of the pros and cons.
Personally, I change my laptop about every 1.5 years and always enjoy the new developments in technology. Of course there are better value-for-the-money products, but I'm not interested in that. Hence my simple recommendation:
If you want something like this, buy it. If you are unsure, don't.
I've had the device for a month and I'm very satisfied.
