Question about Samsung Galaxy A15
I wanted to transfer my music from my laptop to my mobile but the device is not found. Can anyone help?
My guess is the wrong cable. You may only have a power charging cable and no data cable.

As soon as you have connected both devices with the cable, you must accept the connection on the mobile by pressing OK.
