I no longer have an overview of all the sync functions. Do I have any disadvantages with an Nvidia gtx 1050Ti with a monitor with adaptive sync? and what is the difference between adaptive and freesync?

Hi
No, you should not have any disadvantages. Adaptive-Sync supports 10** and 20** series graphics cards.
Nvidia released an update in January 2019 that supports compatibility between Nvidia and Vesa.
Adaptive-Sync is a Vesa tool that adjusts the refresh rate of the monitor to that of the graphics card, thus avoiding screen tearing (misalignment of 2 or more frames, which can lead to blurring).
FreeSync is from AMD and the same as Adaptive Sync.

I hope I was able to help you. But I am not 100% sure about everything.
Please correct me. :)
