I no longer have a connection via Bluetooth with Samsung Health,also wlann no longer works. Also the weather is no longer updated... but the music is well connected via Bluetooth. What is the problem. Thanks.does anyone know how to solve the problem.
Also had problems with the connection since the last update. I would try the following 2 methods (the latter has eliminated all problems for me). To be on the safe side, make a backup of the watch beforehand.
1. un-pair the watch in the Bluetooth settings, restart the smartphone and watch, pair again.
If this does not help:
2. create a backup in the Wear app and then reset the watch. Unpair the watch in the Bluetooth settings. Restart the smartphone and reconnect the watch.
