Yes, you can use a standard 3.5mm audio extension cable. Since your headset uses a 3.5mm jack for both audio and microphone, a 4-pole TRRS extension cable is suitable; if you want to connect audio and mic separately, a Y-splitter with two 3.5mm jacks on the PC will also work.
Important: - For 1m or longer, it's best to use a 3.5mm jack extension cable with 4 poles (TRRS). - If your PC has separate connections for headphones and microphone, you'll need a Y-adapter for 2x 3.5mm to 1x 3.5mm instead. - The included PC cable is 2m long and has integrated volume control and mute; a replacement cable should only have these functions if you want to continue using them.
If you like, I can also tell you how to immediately recognize on the packaging or in the shop whether the cable is really suitable.
