I just received the product but cannot get the audio to work on the monitor. I'm using displayport cable, is there anything I should be doing to enable audio?

Are you using the 3.5 mm audio jack? Note that the monitor does not have speakers.

If you are using 3.5 mm jack and still have no sound coming out, you will probably need to change your Audio output. Simply change it to your GPU audio in tray icons if you are using Windows.
